Caring for employees 

Dalkia Group pays special attention to safety - its goal is "Zero accidents". As part of numerous information campaigns, we highlight the most common risks and dangerous situations that employees may encounter while performing their duties.

We regularly conduct health and safety training, and we have launched a special group mobile application called "O mały włos!", which allows reporting dangerous situations and potential accidents in real time.
