Dalkia Polska Industry i Dalkia Polska Industry Services support industrial plants, logistics centers and the heating sector in their pursuit of climate neutrality, offering solutions that build the competitive advantage of our clients.

The foundation of our activity is the belief that modern industry requires safe, cheap and clean energy. Our role is not just to provide utilities, but to actively guide partners through the energy transition process. We do this by optimizing consumption, investing in renewable energy sources (RES) and implementing high-efficiency cogeneration. We base our operations on a model in which we take responsibility for the energy and environmental infrastructure. We have the status of an electricity and gas distribution system operator, thanks to which we can independently manage networks inside plants, allowing customers to focus on their key business activities. We also have competences and experience in maintaining water supply and sewage infrastructure, environmental management, obtaining and implementing water permits, supply of drinking and industrial water, as well as waste collection and disposal.

We work together with big industries, providing services to factories and industrial zones that require reliable supplies of utilities on a continuous basis (27/7). We implement with success energy transformation projects, including coal phase-out and the construction of photovoltaic systems.

The registered office of Dalkia Polska Industry and Dalkia Polska Industry Services is in Bielsko-Biała. However, we conduct permanent operational activities in Bielsko-Biała, Tychy, Zawiercie, Herby, Rzeszów and Krosno.

Who are we?

Dalkia Polska Industry i Dalkia Polska Industry Services are teams of engineers and experts with over 20 years of experience in the industrial energy industry.

We combine our own technical resources (workshops, laboratories, service groups) with the possibilities of financing large investment projects. We create individual concepts that effectively reduce the carbon footprint and energy bills.

Our companies have been building their position on the market over the years under the names Edison Next Poland and Edison Next Services Poland, and for most of their activity from the establishment of the company until 2023 under the names Fenice Poland and Fenice Services Poland. As a result of taking over 100% of the shares, we became an integral part of the Grupy Dalkia Polska in 2025. This combination allowed us to integrate many years of local operational experience with the international potential and know-how of the Grupy Dalkia (EDF).
