An ORed certificate can be applied for by facilities that are not households.
To participate in the DSR Program and provide emergency power reduction or emergency power increase services, complete the following procedure:
1. Download the ORed Certificate application form and declarations from the PSE S.A. website. LINK: https://www.pse.pl/uslugi-dsr/dokumenty-dsr
2. Complete the application and declarations and sign the documents in accordance with the recipient's representation.
3. Send the application in two versions: an editable *.doc file and a scan signed in accordance with the recipient's representation rules in the ORed to: dpi-sekretariat@dalkia.com
Upon Dalkia Polska Industry Sp. z o.o.'s request, the recipient is obligated to provide Dalkia Polska Industry Sp. z o.o. with the original certificate application or a copy of the application certified by the recipient's authorized representative in the ORed within 7 calendar days of receiving the request.
Dalkia Polska Industry Sp. z o.o. will verify the application within 14 calendar days of receiving it and forward the ORed Certificate to the authorized DSO for registration in the IP DSR system. The ORed Certificate will be issued within 30 calendar days of submitting the complete application.

Definicje:
DSR – Demand Side Response, a service that reduces (IRP) and/or increases (IZP) electricity consumption at the request of the TSO.
IRP Service – the right to offer load reduction and the obligation to implement it in the amount offered by the service provider, and to implement load reduction at the request of the TSO.
IZP Service – the right to offer load increase and the obligation to implement it in the amount offered by the service provider, and to implement load increase at the request of the TSO.
ORed – a reduction facility, defined on the consumption resources, forming a complete power supply system at a single address (in a single location), covering all connection points to the distribution and/or transmission network.
ORed Certificate – a document entitling ORed to participate in the DSR program.
IRP Service – the right to offer load reduction and the obligation to implement it in the amount offered by the service provider, and to implement load reduction at the request of the TSO.
IZP Service – the right to offer load increase and the obligation to implement it in the amount offered by the service provider, and to implement load increase at the request of the TSO.
