Article 11t. Section 6 of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws, 2021, item 716, as amended) allows end customers in the G1x and C1x tariff groups connected to the Dalkia Polska Industry Sp. to apply for the installation of a remote reading electricity meter. Pursuant to the limit specified in the Energy Law, Dalkia Polska Industry may install remote reading meters at the request of customers in a given calendar year at no more than 0.1% of electricity consumption points connected to a grid with a rated voltage of no more than 1 kV. Applications should be submitted to the Dalkia Polska Industry correspondence address by post.

The cost of installing a remote reading meter is:

• 1-phase remote reading meter: PLN 300.00 net, i.e. PLN 369.00 gross
• 3-phase remote reading meter: PLN 360.00 net, i.e. PLN 442.80 gross

The deadline for installing a remote reading meter at the customer's request is 4 months from the date of the end customer's request.
